This table contains information on each cases PPIs like lead time or lead time class. It has been created by the MPM Process Mining methods automatically.

Explanation

CaseStartDate

Start date for a Case and key to the table MasterCalendar

CaseID (Key)

Unique Case identification

ProcessFinished

Flag 0 or 1, if Case is finished or not. Calculation based on script variable, mvProcessFinished

CaseEndDate

End date of Case

CaseLeadTime

Lead Time from Start to End

NetCaseLeadTime

Lead Time from Start to End but with subtracting the non-working-time like holidays, breaks, weekends.

TotalCaseEventDuration

Sum of all activity durations for each Case

TotalCaseIdleTIme

Sum of all waiting times for each Case

CaseLeadTimeClass

All lead times from all Cases are used to build Lead Time Classes, shows the respective class for this Case. Width/number of classes is determined by using the 75%/25% quantiles of the lead time

CaseEventDurationClass

Class for the sum of event durations per Case (similar to CaseLeadTimeClass)

CaseIdleTimeClass

Class for the sum of waiting times per Case (similar to CaseLeadTimeClass)

NetTotalCaseEventDuration

Sum of all activity durations for each Case but with subtracting the non-working-time like holidays, breaks, weekends.

NetTotalCaseIdleTIme

Sum of all waiting times for each Case but with subtracting the non-working-time like holidays, breaks, weekends.

NetCaseLeadTimeClass

All lead times from all Cases are used to build Lead Time Classes, shows the respective class for this Case. Width/number of classes is determined by using the 75%/25% quantiles of the lead time (but with subtracting the non-working-time like holidays, breaks, weekends)

NetCaseEventDurationClass

Counter that can be used to efficiently count the Cases (sum(CaseCounter))

Case Lead Time Exceeds Median

Flag =1 if the case lead time is higher than the lead time median of the cases, else the flag is 0.

Case Lead Time Exceeds Average

Flag =1 if the case lead time is higher than the lead time average of the cases, else the flag is 0.

Case Lead Time Exceeds 75 Percentile

Flag =1 if the case lead time is higher than the lead time of 75% of the cases, else the flag is 0.

Case Lead Time Below 25 Percentile

Flag =1 if the (net) case lead time is lower than the lead time of 25% of the cases, else the flag is 0.

Total Case Event Duration Exceeds 75 Percentile

Flag =1 if the total case event duration is higher than the lead time of 75% of the cases, else the flag is 0.
