To fill the MPM Template App with process data, several steps are required. These steps are listed and explained in detail in the following chapters.

 

All necessary steps are performed in the so-called data load editor. In order to get to this editor, please carry out the next 3 steps:

 

1.Open the app.

2.Click on the hamburger button in the top left corner.

3.Select Data load editor.

 

 

Now you are ready for the remaining steps:

 

1.Prepare the Template App for first use

2.Fill the Template App with Process Mining data

3.Perform Conformance Checking on your Process Mining data

4.Use root cause analysis on your data

5.Define master items in the script

6.Translate the Template App to a custom language
