Various parameters can be defined to calculate a savings potential. For example, you can define how many % of the events to be improved you estimate can actually be improved, how long an event takes on average (if this is not already clear from the data à if you have this information, it is more realistic to calculate with it) and how high the costs per minute of work are.
This can then be calculated for a rework analysis, for example. The table shows the activities that were reworked most frequently:
Using the defined parameters, the number of events to be improved * improvement potential * event duration * costs per minute of work can then be calculated, resulting in a savings potential in €.
