Functions:
•Shows the # associated cases with the selected optimization potential (in this case “low process governance”)
•Visualizes those cases in the process analyzer
•Searches through all defined dimensions the attributes which are related most to the optimization potential (+++ = strong relation, ++=medium relation, +=moderate relation, -=no relation)
•The critical attribute (e.g. a specific supplier or document type) can then be filtered on and examined further
Business Benefits:
•Finding the root causes of certain optimization potentials (problems) in order to optimize the process
•The critical attributes show where to start with an optimization of the process
