If you create a worksheet ("Sheet" / dashboard) within an app, this is not visible to other users by default. New sheets are always private and must be explicitly shared with other team members. The prerequisite for this is that the app is published accordingly and the respective team members also have access rights to this app.
Proceed as follows:
1.Click on Sheets icon in the app overview to display the worksheets.
2.Right-click on the worksheet you want to publish and select Publish.

3.Click on Publish.
The worksheet is published and moved from My worksheets to Published by me.
Other users with access to the same app will find the published worksheet in the Community section.
